TAIGA TAKAHASHI LOT.402 CC41 COAT MOD(MODIFIED) CAMEL

1940년대 영국에서 제작된 코트를 바탕으로 한 디자인으로, 한 장의 패턴으로 이어지는 라글란 슬리브와 무릎 위까지 오는 기장, 그리고 관통형 매거진 포켓 구조가 특징입니다. 관통 매거진 포켓은 겉 포켓에 손을 넣으면 안쪽으로 이어져 코트 안에 입은 재킷이나 바지의 포켓에 바로 접근할 수 있는 구조로, 코트를 벗지 않고도 내부의 물건을 꺼낼 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 소매 끝에는 바람의 유입을 막기 위해 버튼으로 조절할 수 있는 기능을 더했으며, 칼라 뒷면에는 말가죽을 사용해 보강함으로써 완성도를 높였습니다. 원단은 1940년대 빈티지 스와치를 참고해 제작한 트위스트 멜란지 위프코드(twisted melange whipcord)를 사용했습니다.

1940年代のイギリス製コートをベースにしており、一枚袖のラグランスリーブに膝上丈、貫通マガジンポケット仕様という特徴を持つ。貫通マガジンポケットとは、表のポケットから手を差し入れることで内側に着たジャケットやパンツのポケットに直接アクセスできる構造で、コートを脱がずに内側の荷物を取り出すことが可能となっている。袖口からの風の侵入を防ぐためにボタンによるアジャスト機能を加え、衿裏には馬革を用いて補強することで完成度を高めた。生地には1940年代のヴィンテージスワッチを参考に製作した撚り杢ウィップコードを使用している。

Based on a British coat from the 1940s, this design features a one-piece raglan sleeve construction, a length that falls above the knee, and a distinctive pass-through magazine pocket. The pass-through magazine pocket allows the wearer to insert their hands through the outer pocket and directly access the pockets of the jacket or trousers worn underneath, making it possible to retrieve items without removing the coat. Button adjustments are added at the cuffs to prevent wind from entering through the sleeves, while horsehide reinforcement under the collar enhances durability and structure. The fabric used is a twisted mélange whipcord developed with reference to vintage swatches from the 1940s.
