TAIGA TAKAHASHI BUCKLE-BACKED JACKET BEIGE

Lot.703을 기반으로 제작한 이 재킷은, 전면의 턱 주름을 고정하는 스티치와 한쪽에만 부착된 패치 포켓 등 최소한의 요소로 구성된 간결한 디자인이 특징이다. 각인된 특주 버튼과 백(Back) 부자재는 모두 철 소재로, 표면에 도금 처리를 하지 않아 시간이 지남에 따라 자연스럽게 녹슬며 에이징을 즐길 수 있다. 1920년대 당시와 동일한 방식으로 모든 디테일을 구성하였으며, 소매가 곧게 달려 있고 어깨선에 기울기가 없어 전체적으로 평면적인 실루엣을 형성한다. 경사와 위사 모두 공방사(空紡糸)를 사용한 슬럽감 있는 원단을 사용하였다. 공방사는 공기의 힘으로 실을 꼬아내는 특수한 방적 방식으로, 겉면은 단단하고 중심은 부드러운 질감을 가지는 것이 특징이다. 해당 원단은 햇볕에 자연 건조하여, 자연스러운 주름감이 살아 있는 텍스처로 완성하였다. BEIGE와 BLACK 색상은 소량 단위로 염색하여, 은은한 색감 차이를 지닌 마감으로 제작되었다. 각인된 버튼과 버클은 철로 금형부터 제작한 오리지널 부자재이며, BEIGE와 BLACK에는 도금하지 않은 철 부자재를 사용하여 시간이 지남에 따라 자연스러운 녹과 함께 에이징의 변화를 즐길 수 있다. 천연 염색의 특성상 이염이나 색 빠짐이 발생할 수 있으며, 가공 방식의 특성상 제품마다 질감과 색의 개체차가 존재한다. 철제 부자재를 사용하고 있어 시간의 경과에 따라 녹슬거나 노화가 생길 수 있다.

Lot.703をベースに製作されたこのジャケットは、前面のタックを固定するステッチと片側のみのパッチポケットなど、最小限の要素で構成されたシンプルなデザインが特徴である。刻印入りの特注ボタンとバックパーツはすべて鉄製で、表面にメッキ処理を施していないため、時間の経過とともに自然な錆が生じ、エイジングを楽しむことができる。1920年代当時と同じ手法でディテールを再現しており、袖はまっすぐに取り付けられ、肩線に傾斜がないため、全体的に平面的なシルエットを形成している。経糸・緯糸ともに空紡糸を使用したスラブ感のある生地を採用。空紡糸とは空気の力で撚りをかける特殊な紡績方法で、表面は硬く、芯は柔らかい質感を持つのが特徴である。この生地は天日干しによって自然なシワ感を残した風合いに仕上げている。BEIGEとBLACKは少量ずつ染色され、わずかな色味の違いが味わいとなっている。刻印入りのボタンとバックルは鉄製のオリジナルパーツであり、BEIGEとBLACKには無メッキ加工の鉄パーツを使用し、経年による自然な錆やエイジングを楽しむことができる。天然染色の特性上、色移りや退色が起こる場合があり、加工の特性上、製品ごとに風合いや色味に個体差がある。鉄製パーツを使用しているため、時間の経過とともに錆や経年変化が生じる場合がある。

This jacket, based on Lot.703, features a minimalist design composed of only essential elements—front pleat-stabilizing stitches and a single side patch pocket. The custom-engraved buttons and back hardware are made of iron without any plating, allowing natural rust and patina to develop over time. All details are constructed in the same manner as in the 1920s, with straight-attached sleeves and no shoulder slope, resulting in a flat, structured silhouette. The fabric is made from slub-textured open-end yarns, spun with air pressure to create a firm surface and a soft core. Naturally sun-dried, the fabric retains a subtle, organic wrinkled texture. Both BEIGE and BLACK are dyed in small batches, resulting in gentle tonal variations. The engraved buttons and buckles are original iron fittings, produced from custom molds. Unplated iron hardware is used for both colors, allowing aging through natural rust over time. Due to the characteristics of natural dyeing, some color fading or transfer may occur, and each garment may vary slightly in texture and finish. The use of iron parts means rusting or aging may progress as time passes.
