승평요(昇平窯) 화장토 컵

깊이감이 약간 있는 크기로, 본래의 기물 위에 짙은색 화장토를 입혀 바탕색으로 사용하고, 흰색 흙으로 붓의 터치가 느껴지도록 마감한 컵입니다. 승평요의 많은 기물들 중에서도 어두운 컬러와 날것의 질감이 두드러져, 흙의 본연한 감촉을 더욱 잘 느낄 수 있는 작품입니다.

やや深みのあるサイズで、もとの器に濃い化粧土を施し地色とし、白土で筆のタッチを感じられるように仕上げたカップです。承平窯の多くの器の中でも、特に暗い色味と素朴な質感が際立ち、土本来の感触をより強く感じられる作品です。

A cup of moderate depth, finished by applying dark slip over the original clay body as a base and brushing white clay on top to reveal the texture of the brushstrokes. Among Seungpyeongyo’s many works, its darker tone and raw surface allow you to feel the natural texture of the clay more vividly.
