TAIGA TAKAHASHI MILITARY TRAINING SWEATSHIRTS GREY

1950년대 미국 군에 지급되었던 트레이닝 웨어를 기반으로 제작하였다. 어깨에 이음선이 없고, 원단을 가로 방향으로 사용하여 세탁 시 세로 방향의 수축을 줄이기 위한 아이디어가 반영되어 있다. 양 옆에는 신축성 있는 립 원단을 덧대어 여유로운 실루엣을 가능하게 하였으며, 허리와 소매 끝에도 립 처리를 더해 활동성을 높였다. 격한 움직임에도 대응할 수 있도록, 당시의 기능성을 추구한 마감으로 완성하였다. 탄탄한 두께감과 적당한 탄력을 지닌 기모 안감 원단을 사용하였다.

1950年代にアメリカ軍に支給されていたトレーニングウェアをベースに製作している。肩に縫い目がなく、生地を横方向に使用することで洗濯時の縦方向の縮みを抑える工夫が施されている。両脇には伸縮性のあるリブ生地を当て、ゆとりのあるシルエットを実現。裾と袖口にもリブを施し、運動性を高めている。激しい動きにも対応できるよう、当時の機能性を追求した仕様で仕上げた。しっかりとした厚みと適度な弾力を持つ裏起毛素材を使用している。

This piece is inspired by U.S. military training wear from the 1950s. Constructed without shoulder seams, it utilizes the fabric horizontally to minimize vertical shrinkage after washing. Stretch rib panels are added on both sides for a relaxed silhouette, while ribbed cuffs and hem enhance mobility. Finished with functional details faithful to the utilitarian design of the time, it is made to withstand active movement. The fabric features a brushed interior with firm thickness and moderate elasticity for warmth and comfort.
